Shipping & Returns
Complimentary shipping and returns are available on eligible orders. Review the conditions below before sending an item back.
Shipping
Standard items usually arrive within 8–20 days. Bespoke production and delivery times depend on the design, diamond selection, metal choice and craftsmanship required. The estimated timeframe is confirmed during the order or consultation process.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered and returned with the original packaging, jewellery box, tags, gifts and diamond certificate where applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Bespoke designs, personalised engravings, special sizes, resized or altered jewellery and final-sale items are not normally eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Lab-Grown Loose Diamonds
Loose diamonds must be returned in the condition received and include the original grading report or diamond certificate. Replacement or administration fees may apply when documents are missing.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before sending an item back to request return authorisation and instructions. High-value items must use tracked and fully insured shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Express shipping, engraving, resizing, certificate replacement and customisation fees may be deducted where applicable.
